Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at JoyCat Boutique. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders will be shipped out from Auckland, New Zealand.

When you place an order with JoyCat Boutique, we promise to ship out your item(s) within 2-3 working days, Monday to Friday. Any orders that are placed after 11.30 am Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation with the courier tracking number.

For items that are on backorder, we will strive to dispatch the items as soon as they become available. The items will be shipped in an order with respect to the dates the orders are received.

All Pre-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We offer a 5% discount on selected Pre-order items and they will take around 4-12 weeks to arrive (depends on the item). Please contact us to find out delivery timeframe if you are after a specific product.

We do not deliver internationally at this time.

Free Shipping for orders over $79 – Auckland region only + Free Click & Collect

Free Shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout and be applied on any eligible orders. Clearance items is not eligible for free shipping, real-time shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

Extra bulky items

Please contact us for shipping cost before making any payment, otherwise extra shipping fee for bulky items may apply. Cancellation of transaction will result in a 5% restock and transaction fee.
